The second day of Spring Break was a fun family-filled day. We got up on time with the whole time change thing and made it to Sunday School on time. We left straight from the church to head to Ruston. We spent the day hanging our with family. We love getting to go there because they just love on Bennett the whole time. It is really sweet to watch.
We went to lunch at the Portico. We are excited that Ruston is getting so many new restaurants. When we were in college there were about 4 locally owned restaurants. Now, there are chains and several more good places to eat. Anytime my dad would come to visit and take my friends and I out to eat he would say "let's got some where different to eat." I had to simply explain that there were not any other choices.
Here is Bennett feeding Aunt Rebecca. He loves to share.
Bennett and Nana were having a good time playing at the table.
After lunch we headed down to the Lewis boutique to look at some new dresses. I also got some new lipstick and an Estee Lauder free gift! woohoo! Here are 3 generations of Lewis men.
Bennett kept trying to pull over this mannequin. He was having fun exploring the place.
We got to the house and Bennett took a much needed nap. He didn't take a very long one. He was having too much fun with Nana, her tupperware and Aunt Rebecca. They were petting Rebecca's dog, Miso.
Nana's house is FUN!
After a long day, this was one tired boy. We took his pacifier away today. I said I was going to do it on Spring Break and we really did it. He screamed for 40 solid minutes without it. He finally fell asleep like this without it. He woke up another time once we got home for about 30 minutes and that was it! I am hoping that he is over the paci!
