Wednesday

I think Wednesdays are our busy days. We pack so much into Wednesdays it's not even funny. Today was no different. We headed to the gym around 8:30 and then came home to get ready for our day. We picked up Annabella (Margaret's daughter) from their new house. They just moved here on Saturday and Marge had to wait at the house for the cable guy. I was happy to take Annabella along with us to story time. Annabella just loves 'Baby Bennett.' She was so helpful with him. If he got up, she would go and pick him up and bring him right back over to the little carpet square. If he was not seated exactly in the center of the carpet, she would move him. And, if his head was not positioned directly on the teacher, she would move it for him. It was funny to watch. Thanks for all that help, Annabella!

Annabella had a lot of fun jumping around to the songs.

Here they are "shaking their sillies off!"

We even saw Robin and Baby Jacob there. Bennett and Jacob have the same birthday and are 1 year apart. We hope Robin will start her blog soon!

Thanks for the help, Annabella.

The craft today was a sailboat and a sailor hat. Bennett is still in to eating the crayons. He did a lot better today. He even colored a little bit. Since Annabella's mommy is an artist, she is really good at coloring.

Bennett and I went home and ate some lunch. He was so tired after our action-packed morning that he went down for a nap right after we ate. Kelly came over and we finished our project. 2 classes down-1 to go this summer! Sweet! I finally woke Bennett up after over 3 hours of napping to head to our play group.

Kendal and Elodie hosted today. The plan was to play in baby pools in the backyard, but it started to rain right as we walked up. Oh well...we still had a great time getting together. Kendal made 4 different kinds of homemade popsicles and homemade lemonade. Yum.
