While Neil is gone during the week I am still trying to do fun things with the boys. And, dinners that are easy and don't require meat! ha! Neil has to have meat and I could care less.
We made mini biscuit pizzas and they were a hit! They loved mashing the biscuits, spreading the sauce, and putting on the cheese. I was impressed!
