We had fun at the Highland parade again this year! It is really our favorite! It was freeeeeezing cold and rainy! We brought a friend with us who had never been to a parade so watching him see everything for the first time was so neat!

We even saw Bennett's teacher and a couple other 4th grade boys! |

That's the Black/White Krewe |

Neil caught this yard-o-beef and he is pretty sure it broke his finger! |
 |
Bennett caught this cute llama for sister! |
It started raining and was soooo cold and our fingers were chilled to the bone, so we decided to leave with floats still coming. This is a big NO-NO for me! But, I guess it's best to not let the kids get hypothermia!
