Rebecca's Bachelorette Party Weekend

We had a BLAST celebrating Rebecca's "last ride before she's a bride!" We all pitched in to make it memorable.  Amanda was our Dallas planner extraordinaire, Annie planned the little lingerie shower, and I came to have fun! ha!  It was so much fun!

Amanda had a "welcome" festive favor on each of our beds.  Talk about a fabulous welcome gift!

We checked in to the hotel and got everything unloaded. We got dressed quickly and headed to our first stop and our Dallas favorite: Dry Bar!  A few years ago,  Becky and I made a pact that we would not do our own hair in Dallas and so far, we haven't!

We went to Deep Ellum brewery for a quick dinner and then headed to a piano bar where we had the front row and stayed there for no less than 5 hours.  We  knew most of the songs and had so much fun singing along and writing down song requests on napkins.  We think they pretty much only played a set playlist of songs they knew would be most requested.  Some of our obscure songs were never played.  Oh well.  It was such a GREAT TIME!

Run for Funds

Run for Funds is a school fundraiser where you send money for the kids to run laps.  It's about 45 minutes per class and raises about 11K!  It's a lot of fun and I loved getting to watch the boys run those laps!

Pumpkin Picking with Pops

Pops loves to meet us at Akin's every year so the kids can pick out their pumpkins.  I love it because my dad likes to outfit my yard for fall.  The kids have so much fun and Dad likes it, too.

Rebecca's Bridal Shower

Becky's shower was SO NICE!  Boodle looked so glam in her pretty dress!  She had a great turn-out and received so many wonderful gifts.

Rebecca and Daniel's Fiesta Forever

We hosted a fabulous couples shower for Rebecca and Daniel at Virginia and Robbie's awesome new home.  We had a bunch of hostesses and a great turn-out.  We had it catered by Log Cabin, borrowed fiesta decorations from Minden, and had the cutest fiesta cookies ever. Great party for special people!

Sooooo all of this cuteness was out on the tables and it started to POUR!  Virginia put everything in the dryer and we reassembled the party about 15 minutes after it started. It was a blessing because it cooled it down a bit!
