Krewe of Centaur 2019

We had so much fun at the Centaur Parade this year!  It poured rain so we thought we wouldn't be able to celebrate, but the rain went away and it was perfect parade weather!  We went to the Boogearts for a pre-party and then walked down to the parade route with our friends!

Henry's Aquarium field trip

Henry goes on a field trip in 1st grade pretty much every month.  It is a lot of fun for him! I was able to meet them at the Shreveport Aquarium for this fun morning.

Dad has decided to take each grandchild on their own trip along with me as a chaperone!  Last summer Bennett got to see NYC so he let Henry choose this year!  Henry chose California.  I chose San Diego.  And also....DISNEY LAND!

We had these shirts made and surprised Henry with the trip!  We will leave July 20, 2019!

PTA Founders Day

I had the privilege of going to the PTA Founders Day luncheon to celebrate all of our wonderful PTA volunteers!  I am going to miss my time as the PTA president, but I am also going to be happy to see Kristin do her thing!  It's been a fun 2 years of PTA presidenting!

The theme this year was Mardi Gras so it was easy to come with a little festive favor!  Mardi Gras cupcakes to say "Thank you for JAZZING up our PTA!"  So much fun!

Adult Fun

We had babysitters 3 nights in a row!  Which is equal to about a billion dollars in babysitters, but we had so much fun!

Kyle planned a sweet bday party for Jenn at their house!  He had a fab menu of loaded baked potatoes and pizza rolls! and cake!  We played no-shame charades and had a dance party!  So much fun!

 The next night we had a Sunday School dinner at Taziki's!  What a sweet group of friends!

Bennett's Grandparents' Day

Bennett's 5th grandparents day was so sweet! Thanks to Pops and Nana for making him feel so special!
